FISH TAIL PALM – Caryota plumosa

Aptly named palm with its fishtail like segments on arching fronds. Height reahes about 36″

TEMPERATURE: Average to warm; minimum at night 62-65 degrees; tolerates lower tempertures of 50 for short periods.

LIGHT: Needs well lighted position bright diffused sunlight.

WATERING: never allow soil to dry out thouogh do not saturate it.

FERTILIZE: Once each month while growing usually spring through fall.
